Setup
How it works
- Customer calls and wants to book an appointment
- AI confirms the appointment details
- CallDesk creates a Zoom meeting with your default settings
- Meeting link is added to the calendar event
- Customer receives invite with the Zoom link

Selective video links
Not every appointment needs Zoom. Configure which bookings get video links:- All appointments - Every booking gets a Zoom link
- Specific types - Only consultations, not service calls
- On request - AI asks if customer wants video option

- Zoom account (Free, Pro, or higher)
- OAuth authorization
- No additional cost from CallDesk

Zoom link not appearing
Check that Zoom is enabled for this appointment type. Go to Settings → Appointment Types → [Type] → Video.

Verify your Zoom account is active and has meeting creation permissions.
