Automatically add Zoom meeting links to appointments booked by CallDesk AI. Customers get a video link in their calendar invite without any manual work.

What it does

  • Auto-generate meeting links - Every booked appointment gets a unique Zoom link
  • Calendar integration - Link appears in the calendar event for both you and the customer
  • No manual work - AI handles everything during the call

Setup

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Video

Select Zoom

Click “Connect Zoom”

Authorize access

Sign in to your Zoom account and grant permissions

Configure settings

Choose default meeting settings (waiting room, password, etc.)

Enable for booking types

Select which appointment types should include Zoom links

How it works

  1. Customer calls and wants to book an appointment
  2. AI confirms the appointment details
  3. CallDesk creates a Zoom meeting with your default settings
  4. Meeting link is added to the calendar event
  5. Customer receives invite with the Zoom link

Meeting settings

Configure your Zoom defaults:

Not every appointment needs Zoom. Configure which bookings get video links:
  • All appointments - Every booking gets a Zoom link
  • Specific types - Only consultations, not service calls
  • On request - AI asks if customer wants video option

Requirements

  • Zoom account (Free, Pro, or higher)
  • OAuth authorization
  • No additional cost from CallDesk

Troubleshooting

Verify your Zoom account is active and has meeting creation permissions.
Disconnect and reconnect with the correct account in Settings → Integrations → Zoom.
