Setup

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → CRM

Select Attio

Click “Connect Attio”

Authorize access

Sign in to your Attio workspace and grant permissions

Map fields

Configure how CallDesk data maps to Attio attributes

Choose which data to sync automatically

What gets logged

Every call creates an Attio interaction with:
  • Type: Call
  • Participants: Caller and your team
  • Summary: Conversation summary
  • Outcome: Call disposition
  • Duration: Call length
  • Link: Full transcript in CallDesk

Custom attributes

Map CallDesk data to Attio’s flexible attributes:
  • Standard fields: Name, phone, email
  • Custom attributes: Lead source, qualification status, call count
  • Relationship attributes: Link to companies, deals, projects

Attio lists

Automatically add callers to Attio lists:
  • All Leads: Everyone who calls
  • Qualified: Leads that pass qualification
  • Appointments: Leads with scheduled appointments
  • Custom lists: Based on any criteria

Requirements

  • Attio account
  • API access
  • Workspace admin for initial setup
  • No additional cost from CallDesk

Troubleshooting

Make sure you’re a workspace admin or have been granted integration permissions.
Check field mapping and ensure all mapped Attio attributes exist.
Create custom attributes in Attio first, then refresh the field mapping.
