What gets logged
Every call creates an Attio interaction with:- Type: Call
- Participants: Caller and your team
- Summary: Conversation summary
- Outcome: Call disposition
- Duration: Call length
- Link: Full transcript in CallDesk
Custom attributes
Map CallDesk data to Attio’s flexible attributes:- Standard fields: Name, phone, email
- Custom attributes: Lead source, qualification status, call count
- Relationship attributes: Link to companies, deals, projects
Attio lists
Automatically add callers to Attio lists:- All Leads: Everyone who calls
- Qualified: Leads that pass qualification
- Appointments: Leads with scheduled appointments
- Custom lists: Based on any criteria
