Admin approval
Some Microsoft 365 organizations require admin approval:- Your IT admin may need to approve CallDesk in Azure Active Directory
- Contact your admin and request access
- Once approved, you can complete the connection
Selective video links
Not every appointment needs video. Configure which bookings get Teams links:- All appointments - Every booking gets a Teams link
- Specific types - Only consultations, not service calls
- On request - AI asks if customer wants video option
