Setup

Get your Pixel ID

Find it in Meta Events Manager → Data Sources → Your Pixel

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Analytics

Select Meta Pixel

Click “Connect Meta Pixel”

Enter Pixel ID

Paste your Meta Pixel ID

Conversions API

CallDesk uses Meta’s Conversions API for:
  • Server-side tracking - Works even with ad blockers
  • Better attribution - More accurate conversion data
  • iOS 14+ support - Tracks despite App Tracking Transparency
  • Deduplication - Prevents double-counting with pixel

Custom conversions

Create Custom Conversions in Meta:
  1. Go to Events Manager → Custom Conversions
  2. Create from CallDesk events
  3. Set conversion value
  4. Use for campaign optimization

  • Meta Business account
  • Meta Pixel created
  • Conversions API access (recommended)
  • No additional cost from CallDesk

Troubleshooting

Check your Pixel ID is correct. Events may take a few minutes to appear.
Ensure you’re capturing email and phone from forms to improve matching.
CallDesk handles deduplication automatically. Check your pixel isn’t also firing for the same events.
