Setup

Click “Connect Signal”

  1. Create a Signal group
  2. Add the CallDesk notification number
  3. All group members receive encrypted notifications

  • Signal app installed
  • Phone number registered with Signal
  • Signal account active
  • No additional cost from CallDesk

Troubleshooting

Verify your phone number is correctly linked and Signal notifications are enabled on your device.
Make sure you’re checking the correct Signal account. Try requesting a new code.
Signal delivery depends on your internet connection. Check your connectivity.
