What it does

Setup

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Calendar

Select Apple Calendar

Click “Connect Apple Calendar”

Generate app-specific password

Apple requires an app-specific password for third-party access

Authorize access

Enter your iCloud credentials with the app-specific password

Choose your calendar

Select which calendar to use for bookings

Creating an app-specific password

Apple Calendar requires an app-specific password for security:

Go to Apple ID

Visit appleid.apple.com and sign in

Security section

Navigate to Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords

Generate password

Click the + button and name it “CallDesk”

Copy the password

Save the generated password — you’ll need it for CallDesk setup

What gets created

When AI books an appointment, the calendar event includes:
  • Event title: “Appointment with [Customer Name]”
  • Description: Service requested, conversation summary
  • Location: Your business address or “Phone call”
  • Link: Full transcript in CallDesk

Requirements

  • iCloud account with Calendar enabled
  • App-specific password
  • Two-factor authentication enabled on Apple ID
  • No additional cost

Troubleshooting

Make sure you’re using an app-specific password, not your regular Apple ID password.
Ensure iCloud Calendar is enabled in your Apple ID settings.
Check that your Apple Calendar is syncing to iCloud, not stored locally on your device.
