What gets logged
Every call creates a Pipedrive activity with:- Type: Call
- Subject: “Call with [Caller Name]”
- Note: Conversation summary and outcome
- Duration: Call length
- Link: Full transcript in CallDesk
- Associated: Person, Organization, Deal
Deal automation
Automatically manage deals based on calls:- Create deal when lead is qualified
- Move to next stage when appointment is booked
- Mark lost when lead is disqualified
- Add note with call details
Pipeline configuration
Configure which pipeline to use:- Single pipeline - All deals go to one pipeline
- By service type - Different pipelines for different services
- By lead source - Route based on where lead came from
