Setup

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Video

Select Webex

Click “Connect Webex”

Authorize access

Sign in to your Webex account and grant permissions

Choose default meeting settings

Enable for booking types

Select which appointment types should include Webex links

How it works

  1. Customer calls and wants to book an appointment
  2. AI confirms the appointment details
  3. CallDesk creates a Webex meeting
  4. Meeting link is added to the calendar event
  5. Customer receives invite with the Webex link

  • No additional cost from CallDesk

Your organization may require admin approval. Contact your Webex administrator.
