Open any call to see:

Call summaries

Each call gets an AI-generated summary:

Recording controls

When listening to recordings:
  • Playback speed - 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, 2x
  • Skip silence - Jump past pauses
  • Download - Save the audio file
  • Share - Send a link to a team member

Transcript accuracy

Our AI transcription is highly accurate, but:
  • Proper nouns may need review (names, businesses)
  • Technical terms specific to your industry might need training
  • Heavy accents may occasionally be misheard
You can edit transcripts if needed for your records.

Using transcripts to improve your AI

Review transcripts to find:

Privacy & retention

  • Recordings stored securely - Encrypted at rest
  • Retention period - Configurable (30 days, 90 days, 1 year, unlimited)
  • Delete on request - Remove specific recordings
  • Export available - Download your data anytime

Compliance

Recording laws vary by state and country. CallDesk can announce “This call may be recorded for quality purposes” at the start of each call. Enable this in Settings → Compliance.
