Team structure

Organize your team by:
  • Departments - Sales, Support, Operations
  • Locations - If you have multiple offices
  • Services - By service type offered
This helps with routing calls to the right people.

Calendar per member

Each team member can have their own calendar:
  • Individual availability - Set their own hours
  • Personal bookings - Appointments go to their calendar
  • Round-robin participation - Include/exclude from rotation
See Round-Robin for team distribution.

Notifications

Configure who gets notified for what:
EventWho to notify

Missed callTeam managers
Transfer requestAvailable members
After-hours callOn-call team

Audit log

Track who did what:
  • Settings changes - Who changed what, when
  • Call actions - Who listened, responded
  • Team changes - Invites, role changes
Available to Admins and Owners.

Best practices

Give team members the minimum permissions they need. You can always add more.
Name roles and teams clearly. “Northeast Sales Team” beats “Team 3.”
As roles change, update permissions. Remove access when team members leave.
