Campaigns let you make outbound calls automatically:

Creating a campaign

Name your campaign

Give it a descriptive name: “January Lead Follow-up”

Upload contacts

Import a CSV with names and phone numbers

Scripting your calls

Tell your AI what to accomplish:
Goal: Confirm tomorrow's appointment

Opening: "Hi [Name], this is [Business] calling to
confirm your appointment tomorrow at [Time]."

If they confirm: Great! We'll see you then.
If they need to reschedule: Offer alternative times.
If no answer: Leave voicemail with callback number.

Campaign analytics

Best practices

Mid-morning (10-11 AM) and mid-afternoon (2-4 PM) typically have best answer rates. Avoid early morning, lunch hour, and evening.
Personalize the message. “We noticed you inquired about AC repair” converts better than generic outreach.
If someone says “don’t call me again,” honor it immediately. It’s the law and good business.
Test with a small batch before launching to thousands. Make sure the script works.
