How Committed Minutes Work

Tiers from Essentials and above include committed minutes each month. Here is how they work:
  • Your committed rate applies to all voice usage, not just minutes above the committed amount.
  • Committed minutes are use-it-or-lose-it — they do not roll over month to month.
  • If you exceed your committed minutes, additional usage is billed at the same tier rate.
Example: On the Growth tier (1,000/mo,2,500minutesat1,000/mo, 2,500 minutes at 0.25/min), if you use 3,000 minutes in a month, you pay 1,000base+500extraminutesat1,000 base + 500 extra minutes at 0.25 = $1,125 total.
