Why call quality is a business problem

Two things decide whether a dial becomes a conversation: the network carrying the audio, and how the receiving phone labels the call. Most AI voice products lease capacity through reseller SIP providers, which means thinner margins, worse routing, and a caller ID that shows up as “Scam Likely.” RevDesk doesn’t route through middlemen. We run on direct tier-1 carrier partnerships, which changes what customers actually get.

What you get from tier-1 partnerships

Lower per-minute pricing

Direct carrier relationships cut out reseller markup. That is how we offer 0.07/minoutboundand0.07/min outbound and 0.20/min AI voice without cutting audio corners.

Higher pickup rates

Branded Calling puts your business name on the handset instead of “Unknown” or “Spam.” Pickup rates go up; ban rates go down.

Cleaner routing

Carrier-side reputation management means fewer spam flags, shorter post-dial delays, and more calls that actually complete.

HD voice where supported

Wideband audio on carriers that enable it. The AI sounds like a real person on the other end of the line, not a compressed robocall.

Branded Calling, explained

“Branded Calling” is the customer-facing name for what the telecom industry calls CNAM registration plus STIR/SHAKEN attestation. In plain terms: the carrier publishes your business name against every outbound number you own, and the major U.S. carriers trust that label. The visible result on the receiver’s phone:
  • Before: +1 (415) 555-0100 or Scam Likely
  • After: Acme Roofing (with a verified checkmark on carriers that support it)
Branded Calling is included on every RevDesk plan. We handle registration with the major U.S. carriers and keep it in sync as you add numbers or rotate them. See Brand Registration for setup and Phone Numbers for how numbers are provisioned.

Compliance is part of the infrastructure

Carrier partnerships are how we enforce TCPA and state rules at the network layer, not as an afterthought.
  • DNC scrubbing runs before every dial against federal, state, and internal lists.
  • 16 state rulebooks enforce local calling hours automatically (no Sunday dials in Alabama, 8pm cutoff in Florida, and so on).
  • Consent and recording disclosures are part of the agent script and the carrier’s audit log.
  • Full audit trail per contact: opt-in source, timestamps, consent status, recording.
